We have a flat rate of £2.95 post and packing per order (95% UK orders),and there is still no minimum order. However, your order will still be sent 1st Class, or by Special Delivery or Courier where we deem it necessary, carefully packed, and in self seal bags and sturdy boxes for all 12x12 paper orders. Orders are generally sent within 2 posting days of receipt (ie Mon-Fri are posting days, usually same or next day although we don't promise!) Please read our terms and conditions for overseas orders and non mainland/Highlands and Islands UK where courier services cannot be used. We cannot be liable for how long postal services take after leaving us, so please still allow up to 28 days for delivery.

PaperArts offers real time stock control, integrating the secure online store and our large 1500sq ft retail shop and workshop near Stroud in Gloucestershire. Order fulfillment is over 95%, and most parcels leave us in 0-2 working days. Post is fixed at £2.95 for all UK orders, at cost for overseas (although £20 is authorised, we adjust the amount on dispatch).
