Like most on-line shops our products are split into categories and sub-categories to limit the amount of information that needs to be displayed on each web page. The product categories can be accessed either by selecting a top level category from the menu on the left hand side,using the search bar or selecting 'shop by brand' or 'shop by theme'.
To view more details about a product or see a larger picture, simply click on the thumbnail picture. Products are added to your shopping basket using the "add" button next to each product on the product or item details page. The quantities can be specified on the product pages or they can be adjusted later when viewing the basket. Some products are available in multiple styles (e.g. colours), the required style is selected in the item detail page.
When your order is complete, simply press the checkout button and you will be transferred to the next page which requests your personal (delivery) details. If you have ordered with us before you can log in with your email address and password otherwise simply fill in the details.
After you have successfully logged in/registered you will be presented with a summary of your order showing shipping and VAT details. Select submit and you will be transferred to a third party secure server so that your credit card details can be taken.
Please note that the stock levels shown reflect the number of items available in the shop at that time and the stock levels are not reduced until a customer order leaves our premises. Therefore we cannot garantuee that all the items that you have ordered will be available when the order is packed (other customers may have selected the same items and be ahead of you in the packing queue.
